With Comments tool, the content providers and editors can collect a selection of terminologies, code lists or data vocabularies for comments. Users from different organisations can comment the selected information content and read the comments others have given with the help of this tool.

Purpose of the tool
The Comments tool is intended for:
- persons responsible for organisations information content (terminologies, data vocabularies, reference data) who want feedback collected on the content (eg. reference data set) they are working with.
The Reference Data tool is used for:
- master user can create a commenting round for example a new concept to be added in a terminology content.
The intended benefits of the Tool
- The contents of the commented information content can easily be retrieved from the tool once the comments have been given.
